Ken was commissioned as a Notary Public on June 27th, 1983 and opened his practice at Suite 301-1497 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, B.C. at that time. Ken still resides at this same location and as of June 2017 will enter his 35th year of serving North Shore and Sea to Sky corridor residents along with many other clients from throughout B.C. and other jurisdictions around the world.

Ken has many years of experience to draw from and in particular specializes in the areas of representing Purchasers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of their properties. Ken also has considerable experience in representing Lenders (Institutional and Private), along with business related matters.

Ken was born and raised on the North Shore. He has been active on a Professional level with the Society of Notaries Public having served as a Director for over twenty years and was President of the Society on two separate occasions. Ken has also served as a Director of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute as well as Chair of the Notary Foundation. Ken is currently President of the World Organisation of Notaries, a worldwide organisation dedicated to educating and bringing together common law Notaries to share common issues in their respective jurisdictions.

Active in local sports for many years, Ken’s passion has been basketball where he coached at both the High School and College level for 30 years. Ken currently enjoys cycling and participating in a couple of Gran Fondo’s each year and golfing on the PGA (Pretenders Golf Association) tour.

Cam Sherk.

Cam was also born and raised on the North Shore, but now lives full time in Squamish so that he can full time Notarial Services to the Sea to Sky Corridor. He started his own practice in 2011. He was commissioned as a Notary in May of 2011 and the Squamish Office opened shortly thereafter in July of 2011 and since this time has gone on to serve many Sea to Sky locals as well as newcomers from the city with all types of transactions including, Home Purchases and Sales, Mortgages, and Sub-Divisions.

Cam is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and is also one of the first Notaries to have received a Master’s Degree in Applied Legal Studies, the intensive program created by the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia to train Notaries to the highest standard possible. He also has a background as a Real Estate Agent prior to becoming a Notary.
